Toddler Cohort

Toddlerhood isn’t just a phase—it’s a whole new frontier. The Toddler Cohort is a warm, supportive experience crafted for families navigating this curious, emotional, and joyful stage. Over four weekly sessions, you'll connect with a consistent facilitator and a cozy circle of fellow parents while your toddler plays freely beside you. We blend real talk, play-based wisdom, and gentle rhythms to support both you and your child as you grow together.

Expert-led support and connection for you and your toddler

The Toddler Cohort is a 4-week series for families with children ages 1.5 to 3, designed to support the rich, complex journey of toddlerhood. As a natural next step from our beloved postpartum Series, it centers connection, consistency, and developmentally aligned support.

Led by a licensed child psychologist, each session offers a steady rhythm and a familiar face, creating a safe, predictable environment for your toddler—and meaningful support for you. With real conversations, thoughtful guidance, and space to build community, the Toddler Cohort helps you find your footing while your child explores theirs.

If you're looking for insight, connection, or simply a weekly rhythm that feels good—this is for you.
