Our Cohorts
2026 Cohorts:
Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone.
Whether you’re navigating life with a newborn or adjusting to life with multiple little ones, The Series is a place to land. Over eight weeks, we offer a steady rhythm of expert-led conversations, informal check-ins, and community connection—all designed to support you in the first year postpartum.
What it is:
An 8-week facilitated series featuring some of Denver’s most trusted perinatal practitioners. Each week alternates between guided sessions on essential postpartum topics (like feeding, sleep, relationships, identity, mental health) and open-format Q&As where you can ask what’s on your mind. Led by Kristine Godsil (Sparq PT), Katie Linn (Your Therapist Mom Friend), Laura Vanston (Inspire Pediatrics), and Michelle Paget (Rise and Flow Counseling)
$395 for the 8 week Series, plus a free drink with each session
