The Den Cancellation Policy

Classes:

We love seeing you and your family participate in our offerings. And we understand that sometimes, unexpected things can occur, or plans can change. If you can't make it and need to cancel 24 hours prior to the class start time, a credit will be applied to your account.

You can cancel via your event confirmation email, or by logging into Wellness Living and navigating to your schedule.

Events:

Our ticketed offerings (Mom’s Night, Express CPR, Fireside Chats, etc.) are non-refundable.

Guided Groups:

Our ticketed, guided groups (Series Postpartum Cohort and Toddler Cohort) are non-refundable.

Memberships:

Memberships are able to be canceled up until one day before renewal. After that we cannot cancel until the following billing cycle.

Punch Passes:

Punch passes expire 8 months after purchase and are non-refundable.
