The Den Cancelation Policy

Classes and Events:

We love seeing you and your family participate in our offerings. And we understand that sometimes, unexpected things can occur, or plans can change. In order to set up our instructors for success, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice so the leader may plan accordingly for their offering.

Clients who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be marked as “Late Cancel” in Wellness Living and will have to pay as if they attended the session. If you feel that your situation is outside of these circumstances, please contact our team hello@thedendenver.com - we always want to be partnering together with you.

You can cancel via your class confirmation email, or by logging into Wellness Living and navigating to your schedule.

Memberships:

Memberships are able to be canceled up until date of renewal. After that we cannot cancel until the following billing cycle.
