Happy Spring! We are excited to announce that our new CRM tool, Wellness Living, is finally here! Launching today, all Den families will be able to directly engage in Wellness Living for all Den Lounge usage (memberships, day passes, class signs-up, and general schedule viewing.)

There are a few changes we are making as we settle into one year in business while launching Wellness Living. First is Day Passes. What we’ve learned in our first year is that a large number of our clients have a baby under one year. If we want to continue providing programming for this demographic, then we need to update pricing accordingly. Effective immediately, babies under 10 months will be free.

Pricing:

Additionally, with Wellness Living, we need to simplify our pricing model to enable self check-out (versus purchasing day passes with our baristas, like drop-ins have done in the past.) Moving forward we will sell day passes via Wellness Living with the following breakdown:

• $18 for one person (any person 10 months and older)

• $26 for two persons (any person 10 months and older)

• $34 for 3 - 5 persons in one family (any person 10 months and older)

Punch Cards:

Based on feedback from folks in our community who live too far away to make it weekly to The Den, we have also rolled out punch passes! Punch passes will be sold in packs of 5, 10, or 15 with discounts applied accordingly. (IE: 15 punches = 15% off).

Memberships:

Our membership pricing will remain the same. We want to encourage friendships to build, we want to encourage networking within the community. This happens the most with our members who feel that The Den is a space they own as well. They come in frequently, even if for a quick 15-minute coffee, to simply check in with their friends. The memberships we offer are below:

• One Named Adult ($60/monthly)

• One Named Adult + Up to Three Named Kids ($90/monthly)

• Household Membership ($130/monthly)

• Nanny Share Membership ($130/monthly)

Wellness Living for All:

Lastly, in order to utilize Wellness Living, you will create a simple profile. Many other businesses around Denver use Wellness, like our friends and mentors at Little Kickers! If you’ve already created a profile with them, you will use the same login, but toggle between businesses. Very easy!
